Where is the clinic located?

The clinic is located at: 243 Main Street, Belleville, MI 48111

Where can I park?

There is street parking immediately in front of the door. Additional parking in the funeral home lot next to the building and handicap access on the backside of the building.

Can I use my insurance?

Sisu Health is considered an out-of-network provider. We do not interact with or submit information to insurances, though can provide you with a Superbill at which you can submit to your own insurance company for possible reimbursement based on your own insurance benefits.

What do I need to get started?

In order to begin services, you just need to call or submit a request form. Insurance is not utilized, we can begin right away. After 10 visits or 21 calendar days, it is required to receive a prescription from a physician for physical therapy services.
