Where is the clinic located?

Currently services are being provided to patients in the comfort of their own home or via telehealth services.

Can I use my insurance?

Sisu Health is considered an out-of-network provider. We do not utilize or accept insurances, though can provide you with a Superbill at which you can submit to your own insurance company for possible reimbursement based on your own insurance benefits.

What do I need to get started?

In order to begin services, you just need a location large enough to fit a massage table. Since insurance is not utilized, we can begin right away. After 10 visits or 21 calendar days, it is required to receive a prescription from a physician for physical therapy services.
